PLEASE bring back old design!!!
Please go back to old design! They changed these shorts just recently😭 These used to be my favorite shorts and the changes they made are terrible. The worst is the waist band is no longer comfortable! The old one used to be so comfortable and this one digs into my sides. Also the stitching makes it looks like they are inside out. It also now looks like they are .5” shorter. Please please please bring back old design!!!
Waistband not good
I bought these hoping that they would be similar to the 4.5 inch active pursuit shorts I have. Unfortunately. they aren’t. The waistband in the 4.5 inch pair is much more comfortable and forgiving. This one is a thinner band and rolls up strange on me. I’m still undecided whether I will keep or return. Please bring back the waistband from the 4.5 inch model!!
Old Ones Were Better
Agree with the other customers who said the previous design was better. Honestly, my only problem with these is the waistband. Old ones had a perfect waistband-this one kind of digs into your waist. Overall, they’re pretty comfortable but I have no idea why they changed this. They also do seem to be somewhat shorter. Not a big problem but again, there was no need for the change.
Used to be perfect
These have been my favorite shorts for years, but they kinda ruined them this year. The waistband sits way too high, and it’s uncomfortable. I’m glad they at least kept the zipper pocket on the outside.
got a second pair
I have the previous season’s version of these shorts and reordered - this year the shorts have a 4” inseam vs the older style was 4.5” so I wasn’t sure about the fit and I absolutely love them- even better! I ordered a second pair in black. I use them for hiking and backpacking the small zippered pocket is handy because I don’t really carry a lot of stuff in shorts pockets (I use my pack) but nice for sunglasses or earbuds that may be taken on/off during a hike
Love the shorts
Just bought these, and I really like them! I wish they came is brighter colors. Waistband feels exactly right. I am 5’ 7 1/2”, 127 lbs size small. If these came in more “fun” colors I would buy several .
Good pair of shorts
I like the look and feel of these shorts, although I have not yet had the opportunity to wear them.
