I'm giving 3 out of 5 because what is advertised on this listing is misleading. There is an upgraded version of this wheeled luggage that costs $50 more that includes the advertised elements. The listing for this one states that it includes "ActiveShield compartment keeps dirty or wet clothing and gear separated for vapor, odor and dirt protection Removable and cleanable compartment is built from recycled auto glass and uses an exclusive Polygiene® antimicrobial technology to inhibit the growth of odor-causing bacteria". That was a selling point for me which is why I ordered it. Unfortunately, this particular unit does not include it. That being said, this is the barebones edition. It has all of the other listed elements and seems like a simpler cheaper version of the one everyone on youtube is reviewing. I decided to keep this one because I didn't want to the hassle of returning and upgrading to the newer mode. I probably don't need the other bells and whistles. I just needed a durable carry-on that can hold my camera equipment and this one does the job. Plusses: Passed International travel as a carry-on, kicked it around the Philippines with my camera gear for a month and the wheels are still intact.
It’s smaller than my previous Gregory 22” roller. Not sure if it’s a different model but suitcases shouldn’t be shrinking like bags of coffee.
1st time utilizer of the Gregory Quadro hard case 22” wheeled luggage carry on Appreciated the ease of rolling wheel ball, maneuvering was a breeze through the airport, on the streets to my hotel etc. The size and packing it accommodated my week long trip internationally. It was durable, lightweight and manageable lifting it up into the overhead area. Would have appreciated a insert handle on the bottom of the luggage, would have made it easier to grab a hold of especially when placing it in the overhead area
