Great bag for travel

I really enjoy this bag because of the size, fit and color. My favorite part is that I can keep my dirty clothes separate from my clean clothes. I do wish that it had a waist band like the larger bags because it is so versatile and can store much more than similar bags from different brands. I also like that it opens up and splits in half so I can see everything at once. It makes it easy for organization.

Crooked zippers

I own another Gregory pack and love it. So when it came time to get a travel pack, I wanted to go with the Gregory Border 30. The pack itself is well designed and easily has enough room for a 4 day trip. I also really like the materials, but the zipper of the main compartment is wavy and crooked. It doesn’t sit flush with fabric and isn’t straight like the other zippers. For the price of the pack, it shouldn’t have wonky zippers. I’d recommend checking one of these out in person before purchasing.

Pretty good

I like the book open style of the bag and love the "dirty clothes" side that is built in. I have a few things that I would change. One of the reasons I chose this style was for the water bottle sleeve, but its too big and not adjustable, so my bottles fall out all the time. Also, the pocket for putting your toiletries in is difficult to access when going through airport security. My last minor complaint is that the zipper for the front document/key pocket is on the opposite side of the backpack from the bottle holder, so when you slide the bag onto your roller luggage handle either the bottle or the documents are not accessible.

Great bag for traveling!

Awesome bag! Love the way the bag splits in half, I was able to add my hiking boots, four pair of pants, shirts, shorts and other items and had extra room! Just completed visiting four national parks out west and the bag worked flawless!

Fantastic Travel Backpack

I have used this backpack for multiple trips and it’s the perfect backpack for a long weekend. It has held up very well on more than 20 trips. I love the water bottle pocket cause most travel backpacks like this don’t have one. It’s super easy to clean. There are multiple pockets inside which make it easy to separate all the things you have. I have tried a bunch of other travel backpacks but this one is by far my favorite. I would definitely recommend this backpack to anyone who wants a great travel bag!

Best all purpose bag I’ve found

The only reason I took a star off is because I think the bag is not an attractive color. The functionality is stellar— not only does it have a laptop sleeve, but the sleeve can fit two laptops! I love that it opens in the center and has a clean (anti-microbial side) as well as an all purpose side with zippered compartments. I use this bag for work, as well as for travel. If you wear the shoes you want to take, you can easily fit a weeks worth of clothing and toiletries in this bag.

Excellent Travel Backpack

I have used the Border 30 on several trips now and it is my favorite backpack overall for travel. I appreciate the fact it opens fully which makes it easy to load up clothes and other gear. The laundry compartment has held up well and I haven't noticed any odors or dirt leaking out with the section closed. I've also travelled with 2 laptops and a spare 15" monitor without issue. I never really thought I would have a need for zipper locks but they are a nice addition.

Absolute best travel bag!

Took this on a 3 week trip to Europe and it was perfect! Side pocket worked great for my passport and any other quick access items. Split design was great for adventures between locations, and since it's a Gregory, you know the comfort was spot on! The one downside is the sleeve for a water bottle...it's GIANT! My 32oz Hydroflask slid right out unless it was clipped in. Aside from that though, this pack is coming with on every trip!

Great for 1-3 night airline travel!

I’ve used this for the last three times that I’ve flown, and I LOVE it. I was craving a piece of luggage that doesn’t require hands or lugging up stairs, and this is it! This with my tote or large purse, and I’m good to go for up to 3 nights (1-2 being ideal) has so many compartments, is so comfortable, and is so smartly designed. It also opens like a suitcase, which is so much better for travel than when it just opens on top.

Useful bag

This is a great carryon bag where you can divide up your clothes easily. It’s like a small suitcase for short trips, you can keep your clothes folded instead of cramming them into a backpack. If you’re looking for a good travel bag for clothes that need to stay folded, this will fit your needs. Also has a computer sleeve pocket and an easily a accessible small pocket for a passport or money, any small items you carry.
