Great Backpacking Shirt
I bought this for my trip to Isle Royale National Park and I’m so happy I did! I wore it everyday during my 60 mile hike! Light weight, sun protection, quick drying, and kept the black fly bites to a comfortable minimum! I walked it in Lake Superior a couple times and was dry enough to wear it the next morning! The fit was great and having the hood when it got real buggy just added to its function! Highly recommend for a great outdoors shirt! Plus Army Camo for the win!!! I wished I would have bought a couple more if the camo!!!
Perfect for sun and heat
I'm 6' and normally wear a L in shirts and jackets. The fit with this is great. Not too short, not too snug, and there is no extra, loose fabric in the torso, for a beer gut (that I don't have). Maiden voyage for this hoodie was a day spent at Karnak temple in Luxor Egypt. 109F and sparse shade. It's everything I hoped for! The fabric allows the smallest of breezes through, and later there was not a hint of too much sun on my pasty white skin that was covered up.
Nice Design
The fit is smaller than other Mountain Hardware technical hoodies.
