Mostly Good

I bought these for my son and the girl version for my daughter about 2 months ago. Overall I like them but I have two little issues. One is the laces because: - They fray pretty easily. - I have to double knot them to keep them from coming apart. The other is the tongue seems to get bunched up side to side (not top down). As such it is a little uncomfortable because it does not want to lay flat naturally. I think this happens when tightening the laces. I have two pairs of them (one for each child) and the experience is consistent between both pairs. That said I am overall mostly happy with them for kids. My son is 6 and my daughter is 9. Colors are nice and they seem very durable.

Great shoes!

My kid loves these shoes, he wears them everywhere. He is using them all the time to run up this or climb up that. They're very kid friendly. The shoe laces aren't great, they fray easily. They're also easily replaced though. When this pair of shoes is outgrown I will likely replace them with the same.

Great shoes

Our 9 and 12 yr old used these shoes for our Colorado trip and at home when we hike. While I can't get them to wear them to school (not cool enough) they serve their purpose for hiking and other outdoor activities. The kids have never liked full on hiking boots so we went this route this time.
