I am wondering if the people here bought the same gloves I did, or if I am wearing them inside out or something since they are useless. Absolutely useless. I swear I think these gloves make your hands colder. My hands got so cold that I was in pain the last time I wore them as liners. I switched to standard cotton liners and they were MORE effective by far. These silver things are absolutely useless. The technology seems like a gimmick. Gave up on them after giving them yet another shot after reading these reviews. Again, they are absolutely useless as a liner and naturally alone.

My hands get cold easily so I needed something for riding down to at least 40°F. I have long-fingered Pearl Izumi gloves for cold-weather riding and wear these as liners under those. They help but they are not magic. The big problem is the wind. It's difficult for a glove to breathe yet still keep out the cold air when riding. The PI gloves let the wind in and so do these liners. The package says, "The only thing warmer is electric" but that is an exaggeration. They are a helpful extra layer but are probably more effective in sports where you are not moving at 15-25 MPH.

While the flashy look is a little too much for my taste to wear uncovered, these liners have been keeping my hands warm while bike commuting in NYC this winter. Even better, they are more durable than wool ones I bought last year that got snagged and developed holes from day one.

I like that the gloves fit snugly and slide easily into bigger mittens or gloves. The outside silver material seems to conduct cold faster to my fingers than other material. I found that if my hands are already warm, they stay warm. But if my hands are cold, these liners don't warm them up, and my hands get colder. They are not my go-to choice for very cold days.

I use these as a liner for mountaineering and very cold backpacking trips. The glove itself is not very warm but very tight and great for dexterity, also it will fit in any other glove while on which is a huge plus- many "liners" are too big to fit into a medium or a heavy glove. It saves my life when I have to take my mitts off for a brief task that requires dexterity, if I had bare fingers in 0F for even a few minutes I would be in serious pain. These allow me to avoid that.

I bought these for skiing and keeping my fingers warm. Tried them out yesterday for the first time on the east coast. It was about 25 degrees on the mountain all day and sunny. By time I made it down the mountain, my fingers were frozen. I thought they would pair well with my gauntlet Dakine gloves but they felt even colder than before. These were highly recommended to me by an employee so naturally I was excited to not freeze my hands off. Seems like this product may work for some and not others. They do fit very nicely, though. They are very snug, comfortable, and fit into my gloves extremely well.

These liner gloves are beyond a typical liner glove. The material seems to be a dual layer with the outer layer being the shiny, slick material you see which is very easy to slide into another insulating layer. The interior is a very fine fuzzy layer which feels great and should keep hands comfortably dry, This construction makes for a slightly thicker liner which will have definite a warming capability beyond a standard liner. They fit well and easy to slide on. A large normally fits me fine so the X/XL was my choice. The fit snug but not tight. They might be a bit tight for an XL but should still go on. Being very stretchy and flexible but still fitting great I am really glad I gave them a try. At that price I bought two pair as I usually do when I spot a good deal. Theas are a good deal!

These glove liners are thin and fit snuggly. They actually do reflect back the heat from your hands when used as intended as glove liners. Wearing these inside outer gloves in temperatures above zero Fahrenheit, my hands actually get overheated. The only hassle I have encountered is when you take your gloves off, these liners stay on your hand. So it's always a two-step process in putting on and taking off gloves with these glove liners. But I'm willing to live with that because these liners do the job.

They take time to warm up your hands because of the material used. Much like the inside of Columbia Sportswear jackets, you need to get some body heat running before these gloves do the trick. So I think negative reviewers were not aware that these liners require you to work up some body heat for a while
