Perfect, what a well organized garage needs

Purchased two of these back in April, I was looking for something that would let me store my bikes securely all without having to hang my bikes and allow me to keep them out of the way. Very easy to install, you need some basic tools (level, stud finder, drill with drill bits and a phillips screw driver). I would recommend this product to anyone that wants to make their garage or room look nice and clean. You can't go wrong, I will post pictures to better illustrate although the ones provided pretty much say it best.

Missing instructions and hardware to install

Bought this new in the REI Seattle flagship store. Brought it home and found it’s missing instructions and all hardware for installation. ( must have been a returned item put back out on the floor as new ). Very frustrating to have to go back and return . I think this is a REI issue not a product issue …possibly…

Works great

I bought this unsure how to it would work but it is sturdy and works well. Easy install. I saw reviews that the actual arm Allen screws are easily stripped...I can see how but honestly should be pretty hard to do. I put it on with minimal force and it is holding strong for a couple weeks now. Have loaded and unloaded my REI mtb and daughter REI kid bike. I have also put heavier beach cruisers on there with no issues.

Perfect for a small place

I live in a 1bdr apt. and this mount was perfect. It gets the bike out of the way and it feels like it belongs somewhere. Installation was easy (make sure you have a stud finder), it looks clean and feels really sturdy. I put my 30lb mountain bike on it daily and it's perfect

Great product but mistake on instructions

Today I installed the Velo Wall Rack in our garage. I engaged my wife, whose bike will go on the rack, to determine the position and height for the rack. We are delighted with this product. On its own merits, I'd give it five stars. Yet there is an important error in the instructions. They say to use a 1/8 inch drill for the long screws holding the plate to the wall. I tried that, and the screws were too big. Then I remembered from when I shopped for the product that some people had complained that they stripped the screws. It was then obvious that the drill needed to be bigger. I tried several slightly bigger drills until discovering that a 3/16 inch drill worked great -- a tight fit and no stripped screw head. Because of this error, I can give the overall product only four stars.

Perfect for Garage Storage

Easy to install. Works well and saves space in my garage. Solid construction. Be sure to measure the distance from your top bar to the end of your handlebars to determine if your bike will fit. I have higher rise handlebars and they just barely fit (touches the wall).

Great Rack

This is a nice rack but be warned - The two I purchased came with hex screws and a hex key. One of the hex screw heads in each of the racks stripped while I was lightly screwing them in. I can see on Feedback Sports' site that the hardware kit they sell uses Phillips head screws instead so I have to assume Feedback Sports is aware of this issue. Other than the inferior metal screws used for the arms, it's a great rack that solved my storage issue.

Flawed design

I installed the rack just as the video intended. Dead center into stud, made sure it was level, etc. Within 5 minutes of the bike being on the rack, the rubber handle slips all the way off the arm causing the bike to fall. A complete design defect to have this be a separate piece from the arm. My spokes got bent and it left a giant scratch on the side of my vehicle.

Racked and stacked

Attractive design, easy mounting and sturdy construction. I have two of these mounted on my wall above eachother and it looks great. The rubber grips prevent all damage to bike and are adjustable for any bike frame. Highly recommend this product

Up and out of the way

Best aspect of this wall rack is the independent arm adjustment which allows the bike to be stored level. Easy to install, well made and sturdy. Exactly what I was looking for.

Great Rack...some install suggestions

I installed the Feedback rack about 2 weeks ago..  So far, it feels very well built and sturdy. I used a stud finder to ensure a tight install. The screws don't drill very well and I stripped the head a little. My advise is to pre-drill with a bit smaller than the wall mount screw. The hex screws that mount the arms to the frame is pretty tight. However, because everything is metal and the temperature in the garage will vary throughout the year, my fear is the hex screws may become loose overtime. I will be sure to check periodically.  After 2 weeks, I have not noticed any loosening of the screws.  For now, I like it and would suggest this product. For reference, I bought my first rack for my Giant Talon 29ner mountain bike.  The rubber part that holds the bike allows for room for your gear/brake wires so they don't get crushed while mounted to the wall. A lot of people are saying this product does not work on mountain bikes, but I don't seem to have a problem with my large 29ner.  The first unit worked so well that I bought a second for my wife's Giant LIV mountain bike.
