disappointing for Osprey
I love most Osprey products, but not this one. First, the side straps for securing your water bottle are set down very low, making it very easy for a bottle to fall out. This has happened to me more than once just from commuting on public transportation. Second, the padded laptop compartment is nice if you're using it all the time, but it takes up a fair amount of space, leaving surprisingly little leftover room for a pack of this size. Just buy a Talon 22 instead.

At first I didn't prefer the large capacity dedicated to the laptop pocket, but after using it as my personal item during a recent trip to Alaska, I'm in love. the back pocket was perfect for holding all my papers and receipts so I didn't have to dig through the main compartment. Not my go to everyday pack or hiking pack, but it will stay my travel pack.
