Indispensable in warm weather

Works on my 3 kayaks, the 17' in mild ocean conditions when it is too hot for a spray skirt, on my 14 and 11.5' boats. No sunburned legs and roomy zip pocket for sunscreen, and essentials. I do not put anything valuable or electronic in it though as I take it off and drape it over my head and shoulder bandolier style when getting in and out, often dragging it in the water. The curved piece that makes the shirt "dome" over the body is flexible so do not overload it. I use a carabiner to hook the yellow loop in the front on the boats' rigging to keep the skirt in place and prevent it from coming off if snagged.

Protection from sun and splash

Just what I wanted - protection from sun on my legs and from splashes in cold water. Didn't need a full skirt so this was perfect. Easy to get on and off the kayak and easy for me to get in and out with it in place. .

great deck spray skirt

The is a great deck spray skirt. I didn't want a full spray skirt, I find them hard to attach them all the way around. Used this for cool, early April evening kayaking. Kept the water and wind off my legs. Has a nice zippered pocket on top to hold my light and gloves.

Great for summer fun

I love this product. I bought it primarily to keep the sun off my legs while kayaking. It does a wonderful job, and is very easy to attach. It also slides forward so I have room to get in and out of the kayak.

Just the thing for cold weather paddling

I got this for my wife for Christmas to match the one I already had, and it has made out cold weather paddling much more pleasant. It keeps the space inside the kayak warmer and much drier - two big plusses on a winter day.

Keeps most of the paddle drips out of the cockpit

This deck skirt helps keeps most of the paddle drips out of the cockpit of my Dagger Axis 12. It fits well and isn’t as confining as a full spray skirt. Nice on a hot day.

Fits well

It fits my kayak that has a 20 X 40 cockpit snuggly and it bows up nicely by putting tension on the bow strap.

Great splash guard and keeps the sun off the legs

I love this. For a casual day on slow water or a lake this keeps you dry. No more drips from the paddle ending up all over you. And, it keeps the sun off the thighs. It's easy to put on once you are sitting in the kayak. The bow shape is good and stays in place allowing you to reach under for a water bottle.

Almost perfect Splash Skirt

Splash Skirt dome is a really nice feature. Gives your legs good protection and ventilation in the cockpit. Only complaint would be the nylon strap which is used to provide tension to the dome. Can be in the way as you enter the Kayak.
