Yes , I recommend this product
I recently purchased these for my Cannondale F4 to replace the stock pedals. This is my first set of clips and are taking some getting used to in entry and exit. I am still playing with the tension of the binding. I am amazed at the difference while pedaling and ability to power on the upstroke.
