What's the difference between the 11/32 and the 11/34?

Asked by: DannyBGood
We offer the Shimano SLX HG-80 9-Speed Cassette in 2 sizes. The 11 indicates the number of teeth on the smallest cog and the 32 or 34 indicates the number of teeth on the largest cog. More teeth on the largest cog will provide easier uphill climbs. If you don't ride in a hilly area the 11/32 may be all you need.
