At first, I thought this product wasn't that great. It would not make a good seal on my nose... and that's the only job it has. But I learned to wipe the outside of my nose so it was free from any oiliness... and now it works 100% of the time.

What a disappointment

For long sessions of practicing rescues in salt water, I got tired of my nose running after being filled w salt water numerous times. So I thought I'll get these nose plugs for those times when I know I'm gonna ditch a lot. Absolute ZERO in keeping these things on your nose once wet. Doesn't matter how many different ways I arrange it. Same result. Currently I'm adding athletic tape to see if that adds some adhesion. Good thing these where cheap cuz they are worthless.

Don’t snort water!

As a kayak instructor I’ve recommended this brand for years. Great when learning to roll especially in a lake or chlorinated pool as well as giving beginners a since of security while under their boat. Helps with the “ice cream headache” when flipping in very cold water. They grip well even when you have on sun screen. Comfortable with a quality attachment chord. Tip for beginners, they do not go in your nose! Yes, I’ve seen it happen. Made in the USA.

Like it so much, I'm buying more

I use these nose plugs when I practice kayak rolling. They're comfortable and stay on. Once in a while a small amount of water gets in my nose. I'm buying a 2nd pair just in case I misplace the ones I have. My friend who has a larger nose likes the very similar Smiley's nose plugs. I find them to be heavier & slightly larger so not as comfortable.

Design was not comfortable

The design of this nose plugs is not as comfortable as another brand I owned years ago. The line was too short to attach to my PFD and allowing the nose plugs to reach my nose simultaneously. I lengthened the line so I can attach the nose plugs to my PFD and use as intended.
