Warm and stylish

Love 'em! Ok, so I'm an economical person and haven't bought a new pair of boarding pants in years but these were worth every penny! I wore this on a 13degree day and was with a friend who was kinda newer to boarding so I spent a little time waiting, but these definitely kept me warm with only one layer underneath. As far as sizing goes, I'm usually a 3-5 and after hemming-hawing over the X-Small vs the Small I went with the XS and am definitely glad I did. These pants are so cute and work so well that my friend bought a pair of her own as well :) The only con (which I don't fault the pants for) is that I got the cream pair... while they have the feature where you can roll up the lower pant portion so they don't drag in the parking lot they're still difficult to keep clean. Be careful of accidentally leaning against the car...

Burton Fly pants

I love these pants! I spent about 1/2 hour at REI trying on the small and medium Burton Fly pants, and I compared how each pair fit. I would highly recommend trying these pants on with a pair of thermal bottoms underneath. You will be wearing them with the pants when you snowboard. I bought the medium Burton Fly pants. I usually wear a size six in jeans. I decided that it's better for the waist to be a little loose (you can adjust the waist with the internal velcro straps on the waistband). You could also wear a belt to cinch the waist. The size small would probably fit someone who wears a 4 or 5. I want to be able to move around when I carve. There's plenty of pockets on these pants, and you can roll up the pant legs to avoid "parking lot carnage." These pants are really warm and insulated, and they're treated with a waterproof coating. I would recommend purchasing additional waterproofing spray for your pants. This is my 12th season snowboarding, and Burton products are the best!

Nice pants, good price

I picked these up at my local REI store yesterday. I bought the ivory in medium. Since I haven't worn them on the mountain yet, I can't comment on their durability or waterproof rating. However there are a couple of things to note about the pants. They are very lightweight, but feel warm. I am typically a size 4-6 in women's clothing, and the medium fit me perfectly. Additionally, there are internal waist adjustments if you need to tighten up the waistline a bit. Plenty of pockets and a nice soft lining make these pants ideal. The drawbacks? I ride goofy-footed, and the pass pocket is on the wrong leg for this. You can hide the pass pocket, but you can't switch it to the opposite leg. Another downside -- I have the Burton AK 2L Gore-tex Rotor jacket from '08, and the jacket to pant interface zippers don't match. This is a real bummer since it is a great selling point. If you are purchasing a Burton jacket to go with these pants, make sure that the zippers are compatible so that you can take advantage of this feature.

Very nice

These were da bomb. I bought them for my girlfriend and she loved them. The XS fit very well on her 5'2" 105lb frame. Stylish but not too baggy at all. Definitely glad I got these over the Northface ones.

The best pants for tall girls.

First time ever buying Burton Pants, I love the fact they are made for men, and women who have long legs.
