The two pack I purchased ended up having one great stretchy bungie. The other is more like a very lightweight rope. I expected more but was disappointed. If you get a chance to, you should definitely check the bungies stretchiness before purchasing a set.

Where's the stretch?

These bungees are essentially flimsy ropes. After the first test stretch there is hardly any tension from the elastic bands and I wouldn't trust them to secure anything.
