Nice Jacket But Fit Was Tight
This is a nice 3-in-1 jacket, even if it was missing pit zips for venting. It seemed well made, kept me warm, and had enough pockets for keeping my gloves, cell phone, etc. My gripe was with the cut/fit of the jacket. In the Q&A it said that it was true-to-size with room for layering. I purchased a large, but the fit across the shoulders was very tight, making layering difficult to impossible and restricted movement a bit. I ended up returning it at my local REI store and getting a Flash Hyperstretch Fleece Jacket and a Rainier Rain Jacket to use as a make-shift 3-in-1 system.
Excellent budget friendly ski jacket
Great value. Water- and windproof, and warm. Really nice for the price. I went skiing on a 17 degree (Farenheit) night with strong wind and felt toasty the whole time. Fit was as expected. Pockets were large and well situated.
Great Jacket, But May Want To Go A Size Up!
It's great jacket, but the recommendation about sizing -- "This jacket runs true-to-size or slightly generous for layering." -- was more generous than the jacket. I usually wear a large jacket but this one fits tight, especially across the shoulders. I'm going to see if I can do an exchange, or return and buy an XL.
