Light as a softshell, protects like a hardshell

Great pair of bibs that I have lived in this past winter. I've been impressed with the waterproofness in the 'wintery mix' of snow and rain we get in SE Alaska. The face fabric has impressive stretch allowing for great mobility and is quiet on the skin track and snowshoeing. The multiple venting options allow for dumping heat quickly. After an entire season there is some minor pilling on high wear areas, but I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a hardshell alternative.
