I really like this jacket.
This is a great jacket. Highly recommended! I purchased a size L and the fit is great (6'2, 190lb). The protection and breathability works well for long days on the splitboard. The stretch material allows for ample movement even though the cut is slim and looks good. A large collar and helmet compatible hood is a must for me. It packs well when I have to shed a layer for long ascents. The zippers, drawcords, and vents all function nicely and I do not expect any issues. I would definitely buy again.
Fine Jacket, well thought out. Great colors
I haven’t had this shell out in real snow yet, but everything about it so far feels absolutely bomber. One of the first things I noticed — and immediately appreciated — was the roomier sleeve design. The arms actually leave enough space to comfortably layer something puffy underneath without feeling constricted. My old shell was tight through the arms depending on what I wore underneath, which really limited how warm I could keep my core on colder days. The pocket layout is thoughtful, the hood is helmet-compatible, and overall the jacket just feels very well designed. I’m sure I’ll find even more things to appreciate once I get more time with it in the mountains. The colorway is what first caught my attention, and in person it looks even better. Excellent first impression from a brand I honestly hadn’t paid much attention to before. Well done, Flylow.
