Perfect mix of durability and comfort.

As a full time canyoning guide, I have shredded multiple packs in the past. I used to think that the only pack I could make last would be a small uncomfortable haul bag. This bag combines the durability of haul bag with amazing accessibility features and enhanced comfort. Amazing bag.

An awesome durable pack with convenient features

This is my go to choice of pack for canyonerring tight slot canyons throughout Utah. Its durable enough to drag handle being dragged across sandstone. It’s full side zipper makes it super easy to access your gear wherever you put it. It’s the most comfortable bag that I’ve found that is able to take on whatever I throw at it.

Simple/Durable/Functional

Everything you need. Nothing you don't. Simple design, super durable, and just enough features. Will fit everything you need for trad/sport/tr cragging, carry on for a flight, and commuting. Weather resistant, and burly materials. Only wish the waist strap was removable, but not a big deal. Ditched other climbing packs with too many features for my liking. This one is heavier, but for what I use it for I like the added durability and weather protection. And now in grey! Highly recommend!

Sick 🤙🏻

Perfect size for me - I can pack in a double rack and all the fixins but still a comfortable size to carry up a multipitch, as in I can look up the wall without constantly hitting my helmet on the top of the pack AND there’s clearance on the bottom for my gear. Straps are nice, love the waterproofing, just wish there were a couple of gear loops on the outside. Basically 5 stars, just looking for ways to bring it back down to reality.

Simplicity is a virtue

I'm tired of lots of little pockets, and zippers, and digging through my pack to find the little stuff at the bottom. This pack is bombproof, super simple, and a delight to carry. It's pretty cavernous for a 35 litre pack, and you can get to stuff super quickly. After using it for a few trips, I gave away my super fancy, complicated pack. BTW, it is also perfect for grocery shopping.

What a bag.

I originally got the 35L because the 50l was out of stock for the m/l waist bands. It went on two different airlines as a carry on, rain day and kept everything dry, and originally fit two people’s equipment for a day climb single pitches. There is plenty of room and organized easily. I’d recommend if your climbing single or few days single rack single pitches. I did recently purchase the 50L after seeing and climbing with a fella who owned it. He did make comment if he didn’t guide he would have the 35l as his first choice. I recently bought a second full rack z4,c4, stoppers, offsets, hex. I believe the smart choice at that point was upgrading to 50l but I also have the 35l to slim down on those days and approaches that require it. BD crag bags are my favorite and have not let me down yet. I have some other brands and I would 100% grab the BDs first. I would only say I would like to see the new nickle options available more.

Nearly perfect bag for cragging

Functional crag pack with plenty of room for gear! I’m able to fit the following inside the pack: 60m rope, double rack + several larger cams, 20 quickdraws, harness, pair of shoes, water, chalk bag and a helmet. I’d typically wear my harness and strap the rope on the outside so that gives you an idea what can fit in the pack.

Flexible, convenient, and efficient

I’ve been using this pack for about a month now. So far, it’s been sport cragging, trad climbing, and used it as a carry-on on a flight and I can’t find a complaint yet. It carries more than it looks and does so pretty comfortably. I really like the stow pockets and side zip access. I recommend.

Durable, Functional, Stylish

This pack is great. For my recent SPI course I was able to carry a full trad rack, 70m rope, 35m static, harness, shoes, helmet, and course text with ease. The padding on the shoulder and waist strap is nice when fully loaded. Received lots of compliments on the look too.

Great Pack

Durable and is just the right size for an easy day trip. Internal pockets made to keep things dry. Would consider a larger pack for a longer haul or longer day where you might pack more extras, but this is perfect for carrying your gear to a quick climb location.
