Good support but quality doesn't hold up
Yes , I recommend this product
The slipper offers great arch support and decent warmth. However, after only a few months of occasional wear (indoor only) the slippers are fraying/ripping in multiple spots. Both slippers have rips where your foot touches the top of the slipper and they seem to be coming apart from the sole at the toe area. For an expensive high-end slipper it's quite disappointing that they can't make it through one full winter.

No, I do not recommend this product
Upper material ripped within about 48 hours without me noticing. Cheap material and REI rejected my return because they think I caused the rip. Will not be buying from REI again and have cancelled my membership.

No, I do not recommend this product
Something is off with these OOFOS - i ordered a pair of these directly from the OOFOS website that were just a click too small at size 10. I ordered 10.5 from REI and they're somehow smaller than my previous order on from OOFOS. They also lacked the same arch support and quality was poor (stiching already undone when opened box).
