First day out and the Velcro on the cuff is already coming off… other than that , the material feels nice and protected well against wind. Wish the arm pit vents allowed more air. Still hot on a warm spring day when at the base. Seems like it will do well in the cold, I’m just nervous it will last long…

Pros- really warm jacked and it is truly waterproof. Bought it for my teenager and he almost had no need to wear the inside layer. Neutral - the fit is pretty loose. Cons- the jacket was worn for max two weeks of seeking this season (no use outside of skiing at all) and the seam on the front of the jacket came loose. The company offered to "fix" the seam through their warranty process. You have to pay shipping to the "repair" company. I have not received a repaired product yet. But their turn-around time is 2-3 weeks. For us it happened at the end of the season. The fact that the seam ripped is lame in itself for the price of the product, plus company refuses to pay for shipping on top if. In addition, had this happened in the middle of the season, you are out of your jacket for a while. I would not buy this product again.

Got to try this jacket out in an early season ride in Colorado. For was perfect, a little baggy but not to much. I used it without the puffy. The puffy will be super warm when the temps drop and I like that I can take the outer layer off and keep in the puffy if I go to dinner afterwards. The jacket kept me warm and dry all day. Lots of pockets which I love, and the jacket is breathable and light. I put it on and didn’t think about it all day because it did not ever bother me. Well worth the purchase.

Jacket just doesn’t match past qualities. I don’t like it doesn’t have the inner thumb/sleeve like previous versions. Don’t really like how the inner jacket sleeve interacts with the outer shell when snapped in. Overall I feel like the jacket is a complete stranger to the one I previously owned.

Really solid make of the coat both exterior and interior. However I measured to be a small and got a medium just in case it would be big and ended up getting a fairly big medium. ( I would update size guide for certain jackets. Interior puffer fits true to size though:)

The arms on the XL are very very long. While the chest/ waist is loose and manageable, the arms are comically long. Unfortunately I can't exchange for a L due to the fine print that you can't exchange or return items purchased with a pro discount - buyer beware.

I'm 6'0 185, got the XL. Quality is as expected, Super dope. Fits perfect, Always upsize like I did. Haven't used it in the wild yet but I can tell it's gonna be warm with my merino base. Got the White coat, looks sick.

This jacket absolutely slaps. 2 days in 5-15 degree weather and i wouldn't dream of taking another jacket. If it got warmer I could take the inside layer out and wear the shell or just the inside.

Seriously, I see these super friendly people most days. They have NEVER mentioned anything about any item of clothing EVER. Until I walked in wearing this jacket. High praise.

This is my second jacket from 686 it’s so comfortable and lightweight. My fist jacket was 25 Years old and was time to retire it . Great product
