Columbia  Powder Lite II Insulated Jacket - Men's

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 6’2” son, 220lbs, loves this coat in the Tall XL. He doesn’t struggle with keeping the sleeves over his wrists and appreciates the length. He prefers a coat without a hood and this coat offers good neck coverage as well. It’s perfect for the Chicago winter because he’s always layered up anyways with long sleeves and sweatshirts - so this outer coat layer being a bit thinner is more comfortable. For pleased with this purchase - not my first Columbia coat purchase and definitely will not be my last.

Ordered this three weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Looks like it’s making its way back across the country. OnTrac (whom REI hired to mail the package) gave a delivery date of July 6. Great. On July 3 they unexpectedly made their first attempt, but we were out of town for the July 4 holiday weekend, then tried again July 4 (still out of town). OnTrack website said they needed access into our building, which I provided on their website, and said they would attempt another delivery July 7. Unfortunately, they arrived early again on July 6, failed to use the access code I provided on their web page, and now appear to be returning the package to REI. We needed this jacket for a camping trip July 11 (tomorrow), so it’s basically a waste if our time and money at this point. Ended up going to Sports Basement today and purchasing another.
