HIGHLY recommend!!

My son (12) is a distance runner. I’ve been searching for tights for him that have a built in pocket on the side that he can put his phone in while he runs. Super important since he runs by himself, that way he can call me in case of an emergency and so that we can track where he is. He’s tall and skinny so it’s hard finding clothes that will fit him good. The mens small fits him PERFECT!!! Having the side pockets eliminates the need for him to have a run belt (which he hates). I just wish there was a pocket on BOTH sides, not just the right side. The material is thick enough so he can wear them alone (no loose shorts over it) without it looking inappropriate. Hugs in all the right places and is not see through. These are his go to run shorts.

Seam down middle of groin

I have work under armor long 9inch compression shorts under normal clothes and athletic wear every single solitary day for a decade or longer ( in different variations as they change them ) not counting sleeveless and short sleeve compression shirts EVERYDAY for that time period as well .. the new design with the “seam” down the middle of the groin is a head scratcher to me ?? I’m assuming most guys doing athletics or anything in general do not want to do so with a seam there of all places!! Quit fixing what’s not broke .. the mesh frontal area was a great addition but this variation is 3 steps backwards in my humble opinion ..

The best version since the 1201168

I check back every 6mo in hopes UA comes back with some sort of the original Elastane/Nylon mix but they have not.... These are the best thing I have found that are somewhat similar to the sku1201168. -The band does not roll and the short actually provides a decent bit of compression. -The crotch area is double layered.. It hides your package where as the 1289566 shows it off. -These seem to be just a bit larger than the 1289566 and fit better imo. -So far these have held up reasonably well to washing. These definitely work for me and are the best I have found across all brands and I just ordered 10 more pairs.

Great compression shorts

I bought a pair the other day, and all I can say is very comfortable, support the male parts very well, I wear more in summer months as heat and humidity tend to make me sweat and get a heat rash between my inner thighs, not very comfortable. I do alot of moving around as I drive delivery vehicles and wear cargo type shorts, I normally wear brief style underwear, unless it get hot and humid, I have tried boxer briefs but they tend to ride up more. I am trying under armour and the price is a bit higher but some other brands I have tend to not last and stretch out. Hoping these last a good long time.

Seams tear you up. Worst generation of this short.

This is the worst generation of these compression shorts. The seams rub you raw between the thighs. I wear XXL and wear these every day, all day. They're my go to but this short is horrible. It reminds me of earlier generations that had seams in all the wrong places. The previous model was by far the best version (style# 1289566). UA - please go back to the drawing board and fix the seam placements in the inner thigh region. I'll never use the pocket and feel it just makes the shorts heavier. Previous model breathed better and most importantly didn't wreak your inner thighs.

Fit is great, quality not so great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These shorts are great, but noticed they are much thinner than the versions I've purchased before, they don't provide much compression, and the logos fell off by the end of my first use.

Great fit

Compression shorts so they fit tight. True to size, if you dont mind the tight fit. I liked the first pair and had to order some more. So I guess I would recommend.
