[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This jacket is amazing! It is super lightweight but extremely durable. Love that it is made of Gortex. This means it will last a really long time. It will also keep you dry from rain without having to worry. The material is breathable and can be packed away in a bag very easily taking up very little space. It has three pockets. Two in the traditional location and one in the left breast area to hideaway things. I especially think that the jacket is very stylish and fits me very well. It also has two adjustable pulls. One at the waist and one on the back of the hood. I am wearing a small woman’s jacket. This jacket is worth every penny because it is quality.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this jacket. What a great option when I need something waterproof and/or a windbreaker. It is the perfect jacket to throw over a jacket or hoodie in the winter or to wear for spring rain because it’s not heavy or thick. I brought it up to rainy Oakland for a work trip and carried it with me every day and night. As it says on the tag, it is solid protection, durably waterproof, reliably breathable and totally wind proof. It can also be adjusted to fit me better in the waist and wrists. 5/5 stars from me!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Comfortable, Lightweight, sleek in style, and fits perfectly!! This jacket has all the great features - even a waterproof zipper cover, zippers in the under-arm area to increase breathability, and a hood which sticks out a tiny bit to mimic the functionality of an umbrella, keeping me dry from the rain! The adjustable feature at the base of the jacket makes it even more customizable to the perfect fit. It also doubles as a windbreaker in my opinion. Would definitely recommend.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really happy with this jacket. It’s lightweight but still feels well made, and the GORE-TEX keeps rain out without feeling stiff or clammy. The fair allows me to feel mobile and go about my day while protected from the rain. Other raincoats I have feel really stiff and make it hard for me to move. The Velcro wrist closures are great for adjusting the fit and keeping wind and water out. The zipper feels sturdy and smooth, and I like having both the zippered side pockets and the chest pocket, perfect for keeping my phone or keys secure. The hood has really good coverage, and the brim actually helps keep rain off your face without getting in the way. I also really love that I can unzip the sides for additional ventilation. Overall, this feels like a very practical, well-designed rain jacket that works for everyday wear and outdoor use. Definitely a solid purchase.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got an XL because I have a wide back and I've never had a rain coat before because the ones I usually try on are to small around the bust and back area. 🙃 I usually have a harsh time find one of my liking so I gave up years ago on owning 😅 one. So when I was able to get this I decided to go with a bigger size than the one I usually wear incase Large would have been too small but I regret it now. The XL is big on me and I wish I would have gone smaller. I feel like a Large would have been perfect. The material is nice and it does have pockets and a chest pocket as well. The hoodies is small and I have a big head so I wish it would have been a little bigger. Its comfortable to wear and the material doesn't have scent. I will say that the zipper can get a little tricky when zipping it up but over all I'm really happy with my 1st RAIN COAT! Alright rainy days I'm ready!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A very well made jacket to keep me dry on hikes and fishing trips. It is fully waterproof and wind proof. It is comfortable to wear and breathable. I sized up to wear over a sweatshirt in colder weather. The hood has full coverage, is lightweight and comfortable. The zipper will last and overall the jacket is made to last. The sleeves have velcro to adjust. I love the jacket and will use this often.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Marmot Women’s Waypoint Rain Jacket from Influenster and Marmot for free in exchange for my honest review. This jacket is so nice! I did find it a little hard to zip up at first but I think that’s just because it’s new. This jacket is the perfect rain jacket and it’s really nice quality. I like the material and it fit really good. I can definitely see myself using this a lot when I need a rain jacket. If you are looking for a new rain jacket I feel that this is worth getting. I like that the color of the jacket is black so it goes with everything you are wearing. Overall I love this jacket and I would recommend it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] (I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review.) I absolutely love this jacket, and am grateful I was offered this opportunity, especially since I have been in need of a new rain jacket! It is excellent quality, by far the nicest rain jacket I have ever owned. It also has many thoughtful features that set it apart from the rest. I definitely recommend this jacket, and am planning to purchase another one for my husband. Pros: It is effective at keeping one dry, the water just beads right off. My testing period for this was during the winter, so I mostly tried this out in snow. But we did get one rain, and it was very effective in keeping me dry. It is very lightweight and comfortable. It feels like wearing nothing! It doesn’t offer any warmth, so probably best for spring and summer rainy weather. It does offer some wind resistance. I was not able to try it in warm weather (winter testing), so I can’t say if it will make me hot. It does, however, have a zip area in the armpit that can be unzipped for extra airflow. I imagine this would help alleviate things if I get overheated. The hood is unique and customizable. I am short and pretty much every hood is huge on me and blocks my line of sight. This one has a drawstring on the back so the neck can be cinched in. It makes the hood fit perfectly and stay in place. It also has a small visor like piece, which keeps wind and rain out of your face. The inside of the zipper is lined with a very soft fabric. If zipped all the way up, the zipper goes past my chin. It is really nice to have soft fabric touching my chin rather than the scratchy inside of a zipper. Sleeves are always too long on me, and this one has Velcro around the wrist for a customized fit. I’m not sure how long the Velcro will hold up, but it is nice to be able to tighten the wrist just how I want it rather than rely on the awkwardly placed snaps most jackets have. Cons: The length is slightly awkward on my short 5’2” frame. It stops at the widest part of my hips. I would prefer for it to be either a few inches longer or shorter. It probably is a better length for people of average or tall height. The design is also cut straight up and down, it doesn’t flare out at all toward the bottom to accommodate curves. I normally wear a M but got a L just to be safe, and I’m glad I did. I am generally a size 8/M, but I have a big chest (34G) and bottom. This jacket in a L is loose everywhere except the hem, which is tight across my hips. I would have been fine with a M otherwise. Because the hem is tight, the jacket rides up a little when I walk. The only thing I would change other than the length, is adding a snap closure. I often prefer to wear my jackets snapped closed instead of using the zipper. It is much quicker and easier to put on and take off. But that is just my own personal preference.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start with I’m 5’4, 130lbs & received a size small and this is a PERFECT FIT! It’s a great shell to go over any & everything with enough room & comfort to not feel tight. There are a few cords strategically placed to make it more form fitting and tighten the hood so it’s more of a visor. There are armpit zips, large pockets, and it’s easy to pack down and bring anywhere. There’s a hidden chest pocket to keep things secure as well. The seam-tape not only helps it to be durable and waterproof, it makes the zipper look so stylish. The shell really repels water; you can drop a cup of water on you & it rolls right off. It’s super comfortable, breathable, beautiful to wear, and easy to take with me in case it rains. It’s really a goretex performance product and extremely effective; this Marmot rain jacket is a must have!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a very well made rain jacket! Decides to test this on one of the few rainy days we get here in California. It’s a thin jacket and it makes a bunch of loud noises when moving (sounds like plastic covers rubbing against each other). But it’s comfortable to wear and I find the fabric to be light and breathable. It does repel water (see picture) and is also relatively stylish to wear. For the price point this jacket retails for, I think it’s worth it.
