prAna  Send Off Pants - Women's

I wanted a lightweight pair of pants to pull over shorts as a cover up, and also could wear in the summer comfortably. Between the Send Off pants and these, I chose these, solely because I have a Koen Skort and the pockets are so big, you can fit a JBL speaker in one and two beers in the other haha. Th Koen Wide Leg Pants do not have the same cavernous pockets, but they’re still good sized. No complaints there. These pants are super lightweight and very comfy. I have a 26 waist and 38 hips (usually a size 2/S) and so I got a S. The waist is plenty roomy. I probably would’ve been fine with an XS. I docked a star because the “cinches” at the bottom are just strings with no way to secure them, and they don’t stay tight on their own. You have to pull them ALL the way tight and tie a nifty knot and tuck it in. Not a great design. Otherwise though, I love them.

These are great pants! I wear a 14 and the XL fits me perfectly. The length is perfect for me at 5'8 with a short torso. The elastic is not overly tight, but I do need to use the drawstring for a little extra security. I am surprised at how thick/durable AND dry and comfortable/cooling they are. I'm happy that I'm not trading durability for breathability. I expected these to be more of a thin, tech-y, parachute-y, swishy material, but am super happy with how thick, soft, and noiseless they are. Definitely adds to a nice drape and shape. I might even be able to get away with wearing these to work in the summer as a substitute for slacks. Worth every pretty penny. Did I just convince myself I need another color? Ha.

The Send Off Pant is my single favorite item of clothing right now. As a yoga instructor, I wear these to most of my non-heated classes and on cooler days I wear them over my leggings on my way to the studio. They are also great for hiking, climbing and hanging out around the house. I use the ankle tightening straps whenever I go on a bike ride or onewheel ride. They are super comfortable and light, yet they keep me warm during the cooler months. I recommend these pants to everyone. They have replaced my favorite sweatpants since they look more sleek and fashionable.

These have been great for travel. I wore the send off leggings underneath for a long flight.

These pants are so comfy! I love the waist band/drawstring band and the many pockets! I also really like the versatility of the cinches at the bottom of the legs to give a wide leg look or more of a parachute/barrel look. The only issue is that they were too long and there’s no petite option:/ (I’m 5’5” for reference and usually a size M/L,10/12, 29/30/31 in bottoms) I knew I’d get a lot of use out of them if they were a few inches shorter so I had them fixed at my local tailor which did hurt a little esp since I already paid full price for these and they aren’t cheap. Once they were fixed it was perfect! I’ve worn them so much since!

These are actually the best pants EVER! Perfectly baggy & breathable. I love climbing in them too bc I can cinch the bottoms! I seriously wear these everywhere… work, gym, outside, airport, around the house, etc. Couldn’t recommend them more!

The fabric is light yet substantial quality, meaning the wide leg part of the pants drapes beautifully. The fit was “Prana perfect” - why Prana is my go to line for fitness wear that can be dressed up for life away from the studio.

I’ve been buying Prana attire for nearly 30 years. Have always loved and have always been completely satisfied with every purchase, until now. I’m a bit shocked at how badly this product was advertised. I’m also at a loss for how they got the model to look so good in them for her size. I’m 5 feet 5 inches and 145 pounds. The medium should have been my size however it was more like an extra large. I exchanged for the small with high hopes. The small was more like a large. The parachute drawstring is an utter disaster. Very disappointed. I ended up gifting them to a guy friend who absolutely loves them. He’s 6 feet on the money and 177 pounds. He’s calling them his new hiking pants. Sorry Prana but ya kinda dropped the ball on this one.

My new favorite pants for pretty much everything. Super comfortable and functional (zippered pockets) and look good. Also wash well (I hung dry). Great to wear over shorts for going to gym in winter or just on their own around the house or for whatever/where-ever. Great for travel as well. 5'4" and these run just a tiny bit long in the small, perfect in the extra-small. I love that wide leg over-sized is back in style. I usually wear a 4 in Prana, ordered the small and extra-small and the extra-small was perfect, the small a little too big.

I love these pants and wish I had purchased them in a different color. I got the cream when they were on clearance and they didn't have my size in any other color that was on clearance, and they are see through, which is a total bummer because I do not want see through pants. Otherwise these pants are so versatile and comfortable and I absolutely love the fit. They do run big, I'm a small/medium in Prana and I got a small and I love the oversized fit. I'm returning the cream and will hopefully get another pair when they go on sale again.
