Very hard to clip and unclip, loosens
The positive is that the main pocket is large and holds my phone. I find the other pockets useless. I agree with other commenters that the pack loosens easily. I have worn it while hiking but I don't trail run in the winter. It loosened on my hike. The clip mechanism is horrible. I think most people probably clip it in the back. I found that to clip and unclip it with any ease I'd have to be able to see what I was doing and then shift it to the back. This is annoying and the pack has to be at least a little loose to do this comfortably. I think overall this is a fail for Saloman and they should re-design it. I've used it twice and won't use it again unless I have to.
Fits large body well, but lacks features
This belt is affordable (surprisingly, for Salomon) and fits my XXL body, unlike other running belts. It get the job done but is generally less comfortable than other options and lacks features. It's basically one big pocket with small stretch pockets on the side. The small stretch pockets are small, they barely fit an ID or credit card. They did not fit any of my nutrition/snacks. Still, for the price, it's a good product.
Avoid for Running - Loosens Itself
As other reviewers have noted, this loosens itself during running, so you have to either constantly tighten it or have it bouncing around like crazy. Returned after one run. The strap is huge and would fit all body sizes. Could work for hiking or walking, but definitely not for running.
