I’ll shoot it straight - Waistband needs work, big time. The cheap drawstring elastic should be much higher quality & the sewing where elastic comes out of waistband will rip before long with how much I have to pull it. I’m a 32 pant waist all day and the medium waistband is HUGE. These pants should have been designed with a button closer or belt loops or even better elastics with how baggy the waistband is. Ordered these to wear over my thermals, jogging pants, etc as last layer & yes the waistband is still pulled so tight just to keep them up. I am not happy with the waistband since sizing for medium is indeed 32 size. Cannot put my phone in pocket even with thick layering under or else my pants just fall down on my hip. Length & inseam fit are fantastic, just not the waistband. I’m still under a week wearing them so I’m unsure of durability, but I am noticing a ton of micro holes already with down feathers pulling out often. Debated on switching sizes & returning, but I’ll just wear them over thick layers for my winter time insulation. Hopefully the next version you guys will make a better waistband not so cheap and stringy.
