Ripped first day - great otherwise
Ripped the first day :( Other than that, I love them! Good fit and flexibility, much warmer than expected for as little insulation and as light weight as they are, and totally dry after a powder day. I did also notice some white discoloration on the but though - not sure what that is about . . .
Good pants, well made
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great pants. Fairly lightweight, but also has enough insulation to keep me warm. I haven't had a chance to try them on a super cold day yet though as we haven't had any this winter. I did ski in them on a rainy day and they kept me dry. Definitely feel like well made pants that should last. I'm usually a 34 waist 32 inseam, and the medium was slightly too tight around the waist so I went with the large.
Great fit, warmth, waterproof but ripped on day 1
Loved everything about these pants except they ripped on the first day :( Not sure how exactly - the tear is in the back bottom of the pant leg, where it would have been tucked away behind my binding . . . . Otherwise, great warmth, flex/stretch/fit, and very waterproof. I went out in a powder day and they stayed dry all day! Will see if Marmot will offer me another pair, or can return/exchange at REI.
I expected more.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Legs are always too long for mediums. I don't get it. The cuffs get in the way of clicking into ski bindings. Super annoying. And the liner is just cheap nylon - I expected something warmer for a liner. The nylon doesn't do as good a job of wicking moisture as fleece or mesh.
Fit is certainly strange
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They're tight in the butt 5'11" and 190lbs ordered a large It is plenty long enough but tight in the butt Hard to fit over jeans but the next size up would be way too long Works well with a base layer
Warm, dry and durable. Perfect ski pants.
Perfect ski pants for upper 20s/low 30s ski days. Love the vents so i didn't overheat, and intgrated gaiters kept the snow out of my boots.
A good value gore-tex ski pant
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A good value pant for ski/snowboarding. Only complaint is that it is a little bit too long. Size M has at least a 34 inch inseam.
Great pants
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great pants, totally waterproof good for the price and built to last a good long time.
