So far great!

I have not got to use it for my intended purposes. I will be using it to power my off-grid cabin after the snow melts. As a battery backup its been great at home, I also have been just charging all my small electronics using the generator.

Perfect!!

This system is quiet and efficient. I purchased it mainly due to the prolonged power outages in Texas as a home backup. Our main goal is to be able to support an outdoor freezer and indoor refrigerator. I anticipated 12 hours or so battery support to run both appliances without having to recharge the batteries. I've tested it and I'm actually getting 18 hours. I have one solar panel and will probably purchase another one and perhaps an additional expansion battery. For our needs this is a whole lot better and less expensive than a home back-up generator using natural gas. In addition, it is silent when running and when I charge it up, it was also silent. Although it is heavy, it is very easy to move around using its wheels and telescoping handle. In addition, the auxiliary batter is not that heavy and it sits nicely on top of the 767. I'm estimating using 10 cycles per year, so this system should outlive me! It's easy to set up, the app works great, and customer service has been outstanding. Can't think of any downsides. The photos are from my test with our outdoor freezer, which is a true outdoor freezer. The garage temp is around 80 degrees. The screen shot of the app is after 6 hours plus of continuous use.l

Happy, but

Regarding power, I haven't used it but it charged right up quickly. Regarding shipping, it was well packaged and well protected. Regarding fit and finish, excellent. Regarding connecting cable, it needs design improvement. Due to its straight connections and U-shape, it doubles the required space to park the unit when connected. Changing to 90° plugs at each end of the connecting cable, with correct indexing, would allow the cable to lay parallel to the unit's side and greatly reduce the required parking space.

GREAT product so far!

I came to Anker via a competing Solar Generator that I had A LOT of issues with, and ended up returning two units I had purchased. I've only used the Anker for a few weeks now, but it is working wonderfully so far! I like that it has the 30 amp plug in case I need to power up my whole RV, but day to day I use it to power Starlink and computer equipment so that I can continue working off-grid. I'm very pleased so far and looking to add two Anker 200w Solar Panels to keep it fully charged up now.

Lots of power. Keeps the food from going bad in a power outage.

I purchased the 767 with expansion battery after repeated power outages. It should power my two full size refrigerators for about a day and a half. After that I will recharge it from a gas generator if needed. I like the panel design and the app access is very nice. Two things made me knock off a star. It is unfortunate that the cable that connects the two units sticks straight out from the back, preventing placement close to a wall. Also, I had planned to leave the unit plugged in, but I get a clicking sound about every 20-30 seconds. Since I have the unit in the living room, this is annoying. I am working with support on this and hope they will be able to resolve the issue.

Worked a advertised

I ordered my Anker 767 and it arrived within a few days. I charged it to 100% and 2 hours later, large storms knocked the power out. Instead of normally going to garage and setting up propane generator, I decided to test the Anker 767. Plugged in all the necessary items needed to continue working (Internet, TV, laptop, lamp) and it worked flawlessly. Glad I purchased this product and will get one for family in Florida to prepare for Hurricane season. KW

A great solar generator!

I have not had to use it for any inclement weather but charged in less than an hour and a half! I have turned it on daily, turned it on by a press of a button! Of course started right up. It is so quiet standing right next to it! I live where Pacific Power said they will be shutting down power when it gets windy so I sold the gas/propane generator that was brand new and louder than a plane landing next to you and bought the Anker 767 and am so in love with this that I plan on buying a smaller power station for our shed instead of wiring the shed! Thank you Anker for all your great emails! Easy to move at 63 lbs and great extended handle! I am 71 and this is the easiest to use.

Quality manufacturing, but proprietary

First impressions are this is very well designed and manufactured. Run time is a little optimistic, but close to advertised. The only issues I have with the product are that the solar interface is not compatible with many of the common/universal panels available. Anger panels are some of the most expensive as well. The other issue I have is the system lacks the ability to parallel with another 767, that you can only connect the extended runtime battery. Lastly, the 760 battery does not actually secure to the 767, it just sits on top of it. A latching system would make securing it in a camper much easier.

Not quite what I expected

I purchased this unit specifically to power my wife's oxygen concentrator during power outages. we had storms and a power outage, but this fully charged unit only lasted just under 2 hours. We had to revert to the compressed O2 in the bottle until the power was restored. It does a great job on my CPAP machine and other like items like computers. I have attached a photo of the back of the concentrator to show it's power needs.

Newly purchased 767 / F2000

I recently received my PowerHouse with extension battery. I charged the 767 and ran several items in my room for about 2 days until I drained it. I’m a complete newbie when it comes to this technology and purchased it so I could have back up in case of emergencies and I feel good that I am prepared. I compared value propositions across five or six brands, and believe that Anker has the best offering. I also look forward to the enhancements that will come with time. I bought three panels as well... Support seems responsive within 24 hours and friendly. All Good stuff and I highly recommend Anker SOLIX!
