Almost Great!
Every pair of pants in my closet are Kuhl. I ordered my normal size in Kuhl pants. These jeans were way too big. Ordered a size down and fit well. The denim is a good weight with just the right amount of stretch. The color is also nice. Not faded or distressed. There are two things that kept me from rating them great. First is the stitching is the same color as the jeans instead of the traditional copper colored stitching which gives a nice contrast. This makes the jeans look like a box store pair of jeans. The second complaint is there is no Kuhl badge on the back belt loop. Every pair of Kuhl’s I own has this Badge on the back loop. It is such a neat and distinguishing feature of Kuhl pants. Why i. The world did they leave it off?
Awesome jeans with a cell pocket…iffy zipper
These jeans are sturdy (at least they feel like the fabric is tough) but also stretchy and comfortable. And they have a cell phone pocket! That alone makes these a winner. The zipper gets stuck at the open position a lot though, but so far its always come loose. Im a bit nervous it will eventually stick permanently which would essentially ruin the pant and Ive had that happen to other Kuhl pants but so far they are good.
Design Flaw
The “klassic” cut has a design flaw which gives the wearer the visual effect of, what I will call, girl hips. I’ve had other Kuhl pants in the past, and so I’m painfully aware their clothes don’t all fit or wear the same. After wearing the Denim pants around the house, the girl hips became too obnoxious, and because I took the tags off, Kuhl won’t take them back or exchange them. Buy beware!
Elevated jeans with cell phone pocket!!
I bought three pairs recently for my husband in dark and med wash. These are excellent quality for the price point fitting TTS. My husband is tall with long legs and looks elevated in these jeans which makes me happy. It’s very hard to find jeans with a cell phone pocket that are not cargo very relaxed jeans. Every item he has by Kuhl is my absolute favorite. I only wish you could make some light was options for warmer climates like ours in SO CAL. Keep up the good work.
Runs a bit tight
Great pair of pants but not true to size. I normally wear a size 36 in other brands. I got these as they said they stretch a bit and was recommended to get a size 36. When I tried them on they were very tight more like a size 34. I should have got Size 38. I am 6'2 215 pounds.
Design flaw in zipper
Zipper for these pants broke during a family dinner out and for the life of me and my wife, we couldnt get it fixed. Not the Kuhl quality I have found and will change the review if Kuhl replaces the jean.
Great Denim
Love the fit of the jeans! The only wish is that they would have an option for a 29” length also. Not everyone out there is a mini giant! Fit, fashion, and the way the jean is made is perfect!
Kontrol Denim Klassik- another classic
Fit is comfortable and perfect. Each of Kuhl's generations of denim jeans have been improved on, since the Sharpshooter. Love this new one and can't wait to see how it handles a cold winter
Happy with them, with a few reservations
Good, not great. I like the fit and finish but the fabric feels very slippery and artificial. Going to wash them a few times, hoping that softens them up.
Pretty nice jeans
Overall these are pretty good jeans. They just fit tight in the calf area. The material is nice and they feel like real jeans.
