Good pants on a budget. Took them on a weekend winter trip in 10-20 F temps and did some hiking and snowshoeing and they held up great and were plenty warm with a single legging layer underneath. Glad I got the ones with cargo pockets, I didn't want things in the waist pockets while clambering up hills in knee deep snow.
Great pants kept me warm walking my dog in a zero degree snow storm. Stayed dry. Only issue I have with them is that my husky's hair sticks to them very easily which is annoying.
Great snow pants! I wore these for hours on my last trip to Salt Lake City Utah!! They are so comfortable I wore them around town the whole day!! Kept me dry and warm!
These pants have 4 front pockets. They are medium warmth - good for most ski days. The side pockets are deep enough so you can put your phone in them and sit comfortably on the lift. The cargo pockets have a pleat in them to accommodate bulkier items. Really no need for a pack unless you need a hydration pack. The material is fairly pliable and easy to move in. The pants leg fits easily over boots with heater batteries. Color is quite lovely and practical as it does not show scuff marks and dirt. The only drawback is the elasticity of the waist which is a bit limited. The cut is flattering with wider hips than waist but the waist has limited ability to adjust to different figures. Also there is a large size difference between the small and medium sizes. I really like these pants and use them for most ski days both East and West.
these pants really make my buttocks look swell. i thought that they would be too big, but they are actually a little snug. im for sure going on a diet after this purchase, but I still love the pants
Love, REI clothing. I will have these forever. The large was a bit bulky in the leg and the mediums too tight waist though.
Great fit - feel great. Terrific new snow pants - got the wild colored design.
