I just purchased these in White Cameo. I have owned and loved many pairs of Saucony running shoes. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with these upon their arrival. The colour is not as advertised and there are many small defects. They appear to be very cheap compared to the purchase price.
I love Saucony shoes. I haven’t had a pair I don’t like yet. These shoes are excellent for long distance running, very soft and comfortable. I am in the midst of marathon training so I was looking for a more cushion shoe for the longer distance. They are a tad bit heavier, but I am used to the Endorphins Speed 4. With that being said, I found that they aren’t great for speed workouts due to the weight. These shoes are a narrow fit, but they work for my feet. I do wish they had longer laces because I like to do the “runners knot” to keep my feet from sliding forwards. I do recommend these shoes if you are running longer distances and on the concrete more.
Love love love my hurricanes!!! These shoes are so comfortable, I walk for a living portering patients in the hospital. I will never buy anything else
Best shoes ever I ran the NYC marathon with my hurricane 25 and was perfect.
Perfect shoe for training & shorter runs, little heavier
I have never left a review in my life, but Saucony Hurricane deserves my first (and probably only) review. I have a foot problem that podiatry said I had to wear a cushioned, supportive shoe any time I was standing. I have worn Brooks, Hoka, and On and absolutely NO shoe supports my foot and feels as amazing as soon as my foot is placed in the shoe like Saucony Hurricanes. It’s as if I am Cinderella and have found my slipper these shoes are so perfect. I would love to see some fun colors since it’s my only tennis shoe I wear.
I was excited to get my new shoes, so I laced up and went for my regular 5 miles. My little toe was squished the entire time. I ended up not being able to do my cardio for 3 days, and my poor little toe was killing me, even barefoot. If the shoe were wider at the toe, I would like them, but they're not, and my sore little toe hates these shoes. My little toe and I are very dissapointed. I will not buy again.
I absolutely love these shoes but the colours they have are not great. I'm wondering why they can't offer vibrant colours like many other products Saucony sells. I purchased the white/cameo (essentially dusty rose) which is ok but not amazing. The wide shoe is very comfortable and true to size. I will Definity purchase another pair in the coming year but hoping more colours will be available for 26's.... the Hurricane 24 and 25's are relatively unchanged. Great shoe oveverall comfort wise!
I wanted to love these, but they are stiff! Instantly gave me Shin splints, which is not a normal issue for me, and actually, I ended up getting extensor tendinitis from forcing myself to keep trying these. The foam is HARD, so there's no point in it really being there. I use the Nike Vermo Plus and love them, thought this would be similar, but not at all! I also sized up so I would have space for my feet to swell while running, and they still feel bad. Super sad it was a bust.
From the second I tried these on in the store, I knew I finally found my perfect shoe. I have very flat feet, troubled ankles, and have occasionally had issues with plantar fasciitis. With these shoes I can walk around all day and only experience pain/discomfort from the fact I’ve been on my feet all day, but no ankle or heel pain. Please I beg you, Saucony, never stop making this shoe. It’s so hard for me to find something that works, that I love, and that looks good, too!
