These pants are genius. The vents are AMAZING when it's hot outside and there are mosquitos. I could definitely feel the difference in air with them open vs closed.. a nice breeze on the leg and the bugs couldn't get me. I sized up to a S to get a loose fit. The only thing I would change is... for the beige pants, would look so much nicer with beige snaps and mesh instead of black. I had to get the black color to avoid the stripe, which isn't my favorite color for outdoor bottoms. Columbia in general could do better with women's pant colors... they are all very boring.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The material is not as thick as I thought it will be, it will be good to hike in some warmer location. I am usually M for tops and L for bottom, this pants does run a little bit large, lucky I read the review section and ordered M, which is also the size recommended by the site. And it fit perfectly Wish there are more pocket that come with a zipper, only one back pocket has a zipper. But it as big pocket all over the pants

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought this pants, which are comfy and everything, but they are bigger and looser than they looked in the pictures, especially in the thighs. I’m a 5”6’ woman, size between M-L decided to get L just in case, however I think I should’ve chosen M.
