Holds a lot, is light and extremely comfortable when fully loaded, plus the dual stretchy water bottle pockets make this my daily workhorse day / backpack. Good as it is, there are a few annoyances to this pack, which others have pointed out in their reviews. The top front zippered storage pocket could have been better designed to hold items that frequently get used and require easy access, i.e., wallet, phone, keys, and other small things. Another issue that others have noted is the large U-zipper that allows access to the main compartment: it often sticks, which is a huge design flaw.
