Arc'teryx  Rho Hybrid Insulated Base Layer Bottoms - Women's

These pants are so comfy and warm! Perfect for really cold ski days under my shell bib and for lounging about in the mountains. Not too long either which is perfect!

The pants will keep you warm, and they are soft and cozy. However, the fit is weird. I am 5’8 and lean, athletic build. The pants are a tad short, fitting me mid calves; also tight on the calves. I got a size small and the fit was perfect at waist, but so tight at calves that I could barely pull them. The size M fit better on my calves (though still short), but it is looser in the hips and waist. They are overall ok, but for the price I would have expected better fit and at least a drawstring cord in the waist.

I had no idea I would love these pants as much as I do! A few things I love: 1. Insanely comfortable and cosy! The insulated parts hit all in the right places, They're stretchy, allow me to be super mobile and I can happily wear them all day. The material is soft and comfy and they fit great! 2. They look so great on! I have had many compliments already - can happily wear them just as you would wear a pair of leggings. Also awesome underneath a shell outer layer pant. 3. If you have the Atom jacket, they're sort of like the Atom for your legs! There's areas with insulations (In all the right places) and areas without- again in the right places, so provide breathability in the right places. After a few wears, I instantly ordered another pair for my friend as I know she's going to love them.

I was very pleasantly surprised with these pants! The fronts of my thighs normally get very cold riding the chair or in cold temps but these pants kept my legs at a super comfortable temperature on groomed and off piste ski runs. I never got overheated in them and never got too cold! I did size up from my normal M, I do find the thigh diameter for Arcteryx pants fairly small.

These are my end all base layer. I will definitely be buying more. They are true to size, super comfortable and breathable, but keep you nice and warm when you really need it. Whether you’re throwing them on to wear as leggings around the house or you’re using them for some backcountry adventure, you won’t be disappointed!

Phenomenal pants. They are like a mix of a base layer pant and the atom jacket! Hard to describe but they are so comfy and versatile. They look good in the city running errands as pants but would also be great for winter hikes up North.

These seem nice and comfy and warm... but they are really short. I'm 5'7" and these look like they are cropped on me. I have noninsulated Rho bottoms from this year and last year, and they are longer in the leg.

Cozy, comfy, and great for hanging out in cold weather! Love these for cold mornings in the van or hanging out in camp in the evenings. Comfort and stretch of the Rho leggings but insulated for extra warmth.

I bought these pants to wear beneath my windpants for cold hikes. While very warm and thin enough to layer, they were too short and too tight around the knees. I decided to return them

I run very cold and these are amazingly warm wearing alone or under jeans/pants when going out in zero weather in the city and its amazing it doesn't add too much bulk.
