Patagonia with Hood
I was in OR and decided to go visit Crater Lake. Stopped at REI and was so impressed. Love my new jacket ans actually perfect for fall and winter. I am a new REI customer. Great selection!

Hood is too oversized, rest of jacket is great
The hood is too oversized. Even if you wear a helmet, it’s too large. When the hood is cinched, the excess top material makes it hard to see. I love the style and fit of the rest of the jacket. I returned it due to the hood fit.

HOOD IS USELESS - the hood is insanely large. it falls over your eyes, if you tighten its comical, it consumes your entire head. idk i guess if you had a hat on maybe you could wear the hood? otherwise its the dumbest design ever. bummer because the jacket is cute but not worth the price tag when a key feature is unusable

The Perfect Fit

As someone who spends a lot of time outside, I needed to up my winter weather gear game. I’ve always loved Patagonia products and what I have has lasted for years and is still going strong. When I came upon this jacket I knew I had to have it. It is the perfect fit and I highly recommend it. I usually wear a fleece underneath and it doesn’t get bulky and remains a perfect fit.

obnxiously large hood
Arms too long which I would have lived with, but hood was impossibly large. I should have listened to above comments. I don't know what the design was meant for with such a huge hood. Sorry to have to pay to return.
