Bought this bike a month ago and put 100 miles. The bike itself is a great starter bike and value for $ in terms of the quality of materials and specs. Highly recommend it! REI did a great job putting the bike together!
Great value for the money. Good quality components. Light, responsive and tight ride.
The bike is good, but Cannondale removed the wheel sensor from the Quick CX3. That is a disappointment.
So far, I am loving my Cannondale Bike. I have put it on the road several times in the last month, and the performance has been outstanding. I love the shifting, and the power of this bike.
This bike has a lot of potential, but unfortunately, the suspension ruins it in my opinion. I have had this bike for a year, and I regret not doing more research before buying it. It is not lightweight and often feels sluggish when pedaling. It's likely the extra weight of the suspension, but the fork size is too specific to match anything lighter. The gear shifting is not seamless and feels cheap. The tires are also a bit large for what's supposed to be a lightweight bike. Sadly, you have to be a member to get the year return, so it seems I am stuck since it is past the return date. Do your research and consider EVERY part that makes this bike, so you are not spending more swapping parts.
This was the first bike I bought. I didn’t know much about bikes or the different types. I didn’t wanted one bike just for one purpose. I wanted to explore the city, commute to work and also go on mountain trails. This bike is great for all that. I fell in love with cycling with it. Highly recommend.
