I dropped some tablets in 16 FL OZ water bottles and the effervescence stayed in the bottle until I opened them. They are convenient and easy to carry to work, the gym, or anywhere that requires rehydrating.

The effervescent electrolyte tablets dissolve easily and completely as they fizzle in water. I enjoy all the available flavors with raspberry lemonade being my favorite. I generally dissolve them in 20oz of water, which makes a light flavored, refreshing beverage. The perfect hydration beverage while at the gym as well as pre/post workouts. The clean ingredients in NUUN makes this electrolyte drink a smart and delicious way to hydrate.

Wild Strawberry is hands down my favorite, it’s refreshing and has just the right amount of flavor. My toddler loved the Orange Sunrise, which made it a win for both of us. Raspberry Lemonade was my least favorite since it turned out super sour, but it may work for someone who likes a tangy kick. Overall, they’re a convenient way to stay hydrated without the extra sugar!

They are not too sweet and are super refreshing. I will say that they add a little bit of fizz to the drink. Overall, the raspberry lemonade is my favorite and I feel like they really help rehydrate!

I have a hard time staying hydrated but this product includes 5 essential electrolytes to keep me well hydrated and oiled throughout the day! One plus i found is that these tablets are Zero sugar! I have been trying hard to stay away from sugary drinks as I get dehydrated pretty quickly. These tablets were designed for low and no sweat occasions, such as walking and yoga! The flavors (wild strawberry, raspberry lemonade, and orange sunrise) are all tasty without being too sweet, which makes it easy to sip during workouts. It definitely helps me stay hydrated since I’m not a big fan of plain water. My only tiny wish? That the tablets would dissolve a little faster, because waiting almost 5 minutes when I’m ready to drink feels like forever.. Other than that, it’s a great option for healthy hydration.
