To find your size, position a tape measure just above your ears and about 1 in. above your eyebrows. Keep the tape level to measure the circumference around the largest part of your head and then find the corresponding size in the Technical specs info.

1/10 just buy a motorcycle helmet.
No, I do not recommend this product
This is the most uncomfortable thing I've ever put on my head. The padding on the top is so thin it's almost non existent. Cheek pads feel hard and lumpy. And it's so light that it doesn't feel like it'd do anything in a crash. If I didn't know the price, I'd guess it would be around $50. Their R&D seemed too focused on the finish and not so much the fit.
