I recently got into lap swimming and upgraded from an ancient Speedo. I've worn this suit weekly for about 3 months, and it's great. I have big boobs (36DDD) but feel secure. I'm pretty self-conscious, but this suit offers just enough bum and front coverage. It stays put while swimming. I rinse it in the shower and spin then hang dry. I'm 5'7", 170lbs, usually wear a size L or 12-14 and went with the 38. It fits nice and snug.
