The best swim brand on the market
So glad to see REI carrying this brand. For anyone unaware this is the go to brand for swimming/water sports. Very durable material, chlorine resistant, and streamlined for activity. They also offer two pieces with specially designed ties so you don’t have to worry about losing your bottoms in the ocean/while swimming. Brandon in particular is one of their classic designs highly rated. The only thing I’d recommend is trying on sizes before you buy because swimsuits are a bit non standard. They run based on your torso length, bust size, waist, and hips. Fit is supposed to be snug but not suffocating. Also just as a heads up there is no padding around the bust which is normal for active suits but could be a surprise to anyone not aware. Hope this helps.
Streamlined and athletic
I am new to lap swimming while recovering from a hamstring injury. There isn't a huge selection of one-piece suits and the other brands had extra cups, padding, and ruching that was more flattering and totally suitable for paddle boarding or light recreation but seemed like it would be cumbersome in the pool. This is great - it doesn't have built in cups and is a very athletic fit. I'm normally a women's size 6/medium in pants (pear shape) and ended up needing a size 36 so recommend trying on in store!

Love the color, style and cut of the suit but for comfortable fit need to go up a size. I’m definitely going to try again.
Odd Fit
While the bottom of this suit has good coverage side to side, the top part in the back was too low for me. Imagine high-cut leg holes but low-rise waistband - I felt like my crack could show! The pictures online don't seem to show it like this so maybe it was a manufacture flaw?
