Too Boxy & Noisy - I didn’t like the way this fit. No matter how I adjusted it, the fit wasn’t attractive. The material was very noisy as well. I’m returning it.
This is a VERY lightweight jacket, it is packable, lightweight and water repellant so it does what it says in that aspect. 2 stars for that. But if you’re looking for any warmth beyond protection from a little wind and cold, this jacket will not protect you. The price does not justify the utility at all.
I am on the cusp of petite/normal sizing at 5’4, and the sleeves on this were comically long. Please make more inclusive sizing.
I love how this is water repellent and is thicker than a typical rain jacket, but still light weight.
I absolutely love this coat! The color is so fun and MANY people have given me compliments. I am 55 and my 25 year old daughter also said she loved it! :) Also love the size of "pillow" it makes!! Actually useable! f Also when I returning it a worker who helped me also stated that it was cute and wondered if I got it online as it was not in the store!
I bought this for an upcoming trip and have been wearing it a ton! I live in Minnesota (unpredictable weather) and it’s been great for spring. It’s very lightweight and flexible so you don’t feel like you’re wearing a stiff jacket on top of layers. I am in between sizes (M+L) and got a medium which is the perfect fit.
Purchased this for an upcoming trip to Japan for its packable feature. Super convenient and was able to clip it to my backpack when I recently traveled. Have worn it here as it’s gotten colder in Colorado and has kept me warm when layered over a sweater. A great transitional piece for changing weather and travel!
The Bessie Packable Jacket is perfect in every way - ideal for running errands, warm but not overly bulky and stylish. The fit of the small was spot on for me (5' 4" 125lbs). A much more elevated quilted jacket in comparison to my Patagonia Nano Puff. It is perfect for the city or the mountains.
It's a shame they're discontinuing this, this is my everyday and will be my travel jacket due to the versatility of packing it. I get compliments everytime I wear it too! I sized up to small to layer, but could've done an XS
Love it. I wanted it for layering. Enough room to wear bulky sweatshirts under but thin enough to wear under another coat for the -8 degree weather we’re in.
