Chrome  Kadet Organizer

As the title states, this organizer is a game changer for the Kadet. It literally should come as a standard feature for all Kadet bags going forward. The quality is what I would expect from Chrome. There is enough space to carry a small notebook and a few other items that wouldn't fit otherwise in the standard pocket that the Kadet comes with. The two side pockets are perfect to carry small things, for me I have a Swiss Army Knife in a leather sheath on one side and a bandana on the other while I have my sunglasses case in the middle. With a little figuring out, this makes the Kadet a good choice for everyday carry.

Got bag and organizer. Feel like it should have something to hold it in. For the price of the bag it should be included.

This is an essential add-on for the Kadet sling to be a useful day bag, it should be built into the bag instead of an additional purchase. It adds a nice zipper pocket for valuables and a soft pocket for a phone, small stretch pockets for smaller items.Issues: 1) Odd design, the sides do not lock into place open, they fold in on themselves and mostly stay flat blocking the other pockets, these side flaps are unnecessary. 2) It's held in position inside the sling by clipping one side of it onto the existing key o-ring, this does not keep it in place well, it needs a clip on both sides.

This sturdy little organizer fits perfectly and unobtrusively, with just the right amount of smartly sized pockets. The zipper works great for receipts, tickets, or other loose papers. The open-top pockets feature a soft fabric on one side to help protect device screens and was a welcome surprise. I have a pair of Field Notes and the work phone stashed neatly in the center pocket, with ear buds in the small right pocket and a stack of business cards and IDs in the other. The mesh flap pockets work great for cables to charge whatever you're carrying in the bag. I also love that this is a separate add-on, who's size and shape make it easy to toss in other bags too. If you're getting a Kadet, you need the Organizer.

It's an absolutely essential component to the cadet bag. So essential, in fact that it's kind of a drag that it's not included with the bag itself. I would rather have the option to have this sewn in or at least included in its current form for a higher price. Plus I had to wait months before this was available and I noticed that it is once again sold out completely. People obviously want these for their bag and need them otherwise they wouldn't be selling out like this. Just saying it's a great product. Why not integrate it in some way instead of making it two purchases?

The organizer stays in place well and provides needed rigidity to the bag. However, many of the pockets are quite small, and the non-mesh pockets taper and struggle to hold onto any contents in them. I would like to see a version of this with all zipper pockets and more capacity, particularly at the base of the pockets. An all-velcro-lined option would also be great for anyone with velcro-backed organization options in their bag lineup. All the same, it's nice to see further options to customize the Kadet.

The organizer pocket works as you would want it to, as it fits into the sling bag. It would be way better if the fit into the sling was way more intuitive and fit more like a hand-in-glove inside the bag. There really isn't a connection point beyond the clip at the top, and it feels like there is a bit of a missed opportunity to really get some more functionality and feel of a Chrome ecosystem. Overall, once it's shoved in there, it does work quite well, but ultimately does feel shoved into the bag.

As soon as I saw this Organizer posted, I knew I had to order it. I use the Kadet as my man purse / EDC bag when I’m traveling. This organizer slots right in to the front of the main compartment and provides some additional pockets to help keep your stuff organized and secure in the main pouch, so there is less shifting around. The “wings” extend to the sides of the bag, which has the added effect of keeping the bag expanded. Overall a great expansion for my favorite bag. Highly recommended.

Looks great and adds needed organization for small items in my bag. One thing I wish is that it was more rigid so it would stay square on the ends. I know some people don't want that so maybe inserts? I'm going to make a couple supports out of coroplast and see how it goes. This may also stop the main part from moving around too much since it only clips on to the key holder. Last snake gripe is to make the pockets that are to the left and right of the big one the same size.
