Great pair of very bright lights..super sturdy aluminum. I like all the settings and the easy mounting straps. Even the rear light is astonishingly bright considering it points directly outwards towards drivers coming up behind you. For that reason, the two brightest settings on the rear light are actually daylight settings. The front headlamp should be pointed downwards somewhat towards the ground. I can see how it would be tempting to always go a little brighter on the headlamp, but 800 for the road is plenty as the higher lumen models are mostly meant for trails. I like to walk at night and encounter way too many cyclists blinding others.
