Not Worth The Cost

I heard great things about this shirt and purchased it for my Camino trip. The one good thing about the shirt is the quick dry material -that's it. The seams frayed and contrary to how it's advertised, it did not repel odors when handwashed. I washed it daily and the sweat seemed to become part of the shirt. Had to trash it after owning it less than a month.

Significantly looser than Echo Hoodie

I'm a big fan of echo tops - I have two echo hoodies and two tshirts, this was my first time buying the longsleeve. The main downfall of the longsleeve is that it doesn't have thumbholes and the fit/sizing is significantly looser than the echo hoodie. I bought the longsleeve in the same size that I bought my echo hoodie (same year as well) - the longsleeve is longer, boxier, and looser in the forearms/armpits - I way prefer the fit of the echo hoodie (it's more refined). I ended up returning because it was so much looser. Otherwise, the echo material is fantastic - I'm a long distance runner and I can wear the echo hoodie/longsleeve in 25 degree weather and still feel cool while being protected from the sun.

Not as well fitted as other Echo products, way looser

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I've bought all the other echo products (tshirt and hoodie) and recently got the longsleeve. I was disappointed in the fit. For some reason the longsleeve is way boxier, looser along the arms, and it's longer. I attached a photo of the Orange longsleeve under my Blue hoodie, same size and same release year. I ended up returning the longsleeve and buying another hoodie because the fit was so disappointing. Besides that, the echo products are phenomenal. I wear them backcountry camping and long distance running.

The BEST warm weather sun shirt out there

This is my most favourite item ever for being active in warm weather. I have 3! They are so light and thin, it feels like nothing at all - even in long sleeves or with the hoodie version in high temps and humidity. It's soft. It's perfectly true to size with room to move where you need it, but with a flattering cut. I wear it running, biking, paddling, hiking, at the playground with kids... anywhere its going to be hot, sunny, and I'll be active. Something I really really appreciate? The raglan style sleeves - it doesn't bunch up and touch my armpit at all, keeping me cooler and drier. All in all, a solid 10/10.

Like wearing nothing at all, nothing at all, nothing at all

I use this shirt as sun protection for long hot days in the sun on the range. I am a firearms instructor and long hot July and August days can be brutal with the sun beating down on me, but the echo shirts keep the sun off my arms and I have more energy throughout the day, and no sunburn. I also wear them fly fishing in Montana in July. They have all of the benefits of wearing a long sleeved shirt in summer, but you get to feel like you aren't wearing a shirt. The only downside, if you can call it that, is that it will get pulls if exposed to the hook side of velcro.

Comfortable, light & breathable - even in 30C+

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I'm fair skinned and was looking for a long sleeved shirt to help keep the sun off me during outdoor activities. So far I have worn my Echo long sleeve shirt on mountain bike rides, hikes, walks, as well as for yard work. I love it! It's light and wonderfully breathable. Much better than any of my bike jerseys. The air passes right through keeping me nice and cool. Doesn't feel like I'm wearing a long sleeve at all. I bought the Classic Blue colour, which should help shade my skin more than the lighter colours. The fabric is quite thin, so I'm trying careful around snaggy things like Velcro and branches. I love this shirt so much I ordered a few more for myself, as well as couple for my husband. He loves them as well! Hope OR never stops making these.

Great sun shirt

Love my Echo long sleeve tee! It's great for temperature regulation--keeps me warm when it's chilly and is highly breathable to not make me overly warm when exerting myself (granted, I've only worn it for fall hiking/backpacking so far, not high summer). It dries insanely quickly. This is my go-to shirt for backpacking--it lets me skip the weight of a tube of sunscreen and just bring a tiny bit of spf face lotion for my faces/hands. I'm 5'9" and the sleeves are plenty long, which is awesome (though no thumb holes). I thought about getting the echo hoody, but with long hair I don't like hoods that are tight around my face. This shirt is perfect for me! The only downside is that it does seem to snag somewhat easily, but that's a small price to pay for how breathable this shirt is.

Breezy and Comfy

Love the echo tops. This is my first because I've been eyeing my husband's for a couple years now. It doesn't disappoint. I do wish there were more color options for women that weren't so see through, the navy I got is great, but don't love many of the other options. A dark forest green, maroon, rust color would be very appreciated. Going to try the Hooded version next! I went with a medium and I'm satisfied. Sometimes I'm a small, but I appreciate the extra room up top. 26" waist, 32DD bust.

Wore for 40 days straight!

I wore this shirt every day of my 556 mile Camino de Santiago where I walked all the way across Spain. On rainy days it was the perfect weight between me and my rain jacket. On sunny days it was light and breathable and kept me from having to slather on sunblock. I dried very quickly when I would wash it at night. If the cuffs were a little longer and hooked around the thumb or middle finger to protect the skin on the back of the hand it would have five stars
