Great build but very tight
After owning a pair of oboz hiking boots for 8 years and loving every bit of them, I decided to try these out. The construction quality is evident from when you pick them up and they struck me as the best in this class of shoes. Well cushioned rear with just the right rise, a breathable but still sturdy front, and a well cushioned sole. Unfortunately, these were incredibly tight. I have wide feet and often have this issue after prolonged walking, but with these the tightness was noticeable in the first moment. Unless your feet lean towards the narrower side, I can't imagine these being comfortable - especially once your feet swell up after some hiking!
Narrow toe box
Oboz is a great brand, but these have a very narrow toe box compared to other Oboz models (Bridger and Cottonwood) that I’ve owned.
Great shoes for off-road use
Great fit, great flexibility, great cushioning - went 5K on hard packed trails right out of the box and loved them. Highly recommend.
Not a good shoe for the gym
Not a very comfortable shoe However quality made shoe overall
