Bought this jacket for a trip to Costa Rica, where we knew I’d be raining. Let me tell you this jacket did not disappoint and actually exceeded the expectation. We were caught in a torrential downpour of rain for a few days while on this trip. The jacket did not leak through at all and was material inside also prevented moisture buildup from the high humidity in the area. I myself had a Columbia jacket that was awful . I’m not sure if that jacket leaked through or my body heat with their material had me sweating and sticking to the material. But made for some uncomfortable hikes. Upon arrival home I know what I’ll be investing in to is a Stio rain jacket.
