Women’s Medium/Narrow sizes are designed with an A–B width; that's the narrower last from Birkenstock, but is equivalent to a women’s regular width by industry standards.

Love these!! So comfy yet supportive
This is my second pair of Birks, I wasn't quite sure what to expect since I only have Arizona sandals to compare them to. I really love these though, they have more support but don't hurt my feet. It's been difficult to find shoes that work since I have bunions and was worried these might be too narrow, but they fit great! They are super easy to slip on and the suede is comfy. I ordered my usual size that I have in my Arizona's 37, (birks seem to run a little big for me as I wear a 7.5 in women's usually,) and they work wonderful! Highly recommend if you want more of a slip on shoe to wear around the house or just doing some errands out and about :)
Really comfy and easy to slip on
I go on walks 3 times a day and for 2 of them I have a baby in a carrier on my chest and a dog leash in each hand. The 2 dogs are about 50 lbs each. I needed something easy to slip on, stable so I don't trip, and comfortable to walk in with extra weight. These are perfect. They look like daddy slippers to me, but I could not love them any more.
Weird fit.
I have loved my Birkenstocks over the decades. My favorites being Arizona and the Bostons. I purchased these. (on sale) in my usual size and they are true to my Birkenstock size. The insoles on these are weird. That’s the best description I can think of. The arch feels to me like it goes all the way across. It’s also quite hard. I feel unstable in these. I’m trying different insoles and haven’t yet decided if I will keep or return these.

These loafers are great for city walks. They're true to size. They're comfortable, and nice looking.
Cozy and supportive
Awww comfort…they hold my foot so steady but the suede feels wonderful too
