Perfect office to trail attire! Light fabric, loose, perfect for layers, love the pockets which holds all my hiking essentials with no bulk, the color is nice too! For summer I'll wear it as a sub protector & zip open for air
Versatile piece with all the pockets you need
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely lightweight, zips from top and bottom so you can create a front slit. The fabric does rustle and have some noise to it, like a parachute pant, but has a softer coating on the inside and is water resistant. It is a boxy shape, so I put a belt on it as a dress and just leave it unzipped as an overcoat. For reference, I am 5'4", 130 pounds with muscular shoulders and large bust and the small fits well. I typically wear a medium in other Columbia gear. Lastly, it has 6 huge pockets!
Office to trail

I love to hike, especially during my lunch, and this felt perfect, like it was a nice day off in the middle of my hectic work day. Lightweight, good airflow, roomy pockets & multiple so no need to cram everything in one packet. Zipper is smooth, fits loose & the length is perfect! 5'2 158# xL
read the description - all good
As long as you read the item description, this garment should not disappoint. It's a nylon "shell" dress (loud, lightweight, parachute pant-esque) with lots of velcro pockets. Docking one star because the fit is extremely relaxed through the body but the bust/shoulders are not similarly relaxed. On the one hand, it makes the dress appear slightly fitted at the top. However, on some bodies, the difference makes it difficult to achieve a shapely silhouette if you want to wear it as a dress. Would be a great option for pear-shaped folks. Unzipped, this is an easy layer to throw on. The two-directional zipper makes this especially versatile when worn as a dress.
Unflattering, sizing way off

Great dress!
Love this dress. I usually wear XS and the XS is kind of loose, very relaxed. But I am only 5'2, 103 pounds. I bought both colors. Love both. Very lightweight. You can belt it, too. I use a black nylon belt. Can't wait to wear both. I love all the pockets! I only wish the pockets zipped closed instead of velcro. Don't expect a fashion statement, but a rugged "parachute pant" fabric, cargo dress for urban and trail adventures. Belt it with a leather belt and go to dinner. Easy on and off. Don't understand the bad reviews.
Weird fabric
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Noisy, weird fabric and sized too big. Great pockets, double zipper, cinch waist are all good things. Ordered a Medium because I wear a medium in their shirts and dresses but this was huge on me. If I liked the fabric, I would reorder a small. Its like rain jacket material, not dress material.

Didn’t work for me
This didn’t work at all. The fabric is stiff and like a windbreaker. It is like a cardboard bag. It doesn’t drape. The size was off. I wear a large but this was waaay too big. Not flattering, just puzzling. If you are going to sell a long windbreaker, why not make it with long sleeves? It is a nice color. The concept was good, but I had to send it back.

New long dress with zipper
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Saw mixed reviews on this dress and purchased first in the black.This is a great dress for throwing on and doing yard work, going for a walk, or anywhere. I will be wearing more when cools off alittle. I went back and purchased the green also. I am 5"6 And 175 pounds, 40dd. Anything smaller would not have fitted in the back arms.
