Great pack for a light bike commute

TL;DR: I think this is a great backpack for cycling if you don't need to carry a ton of stuff but still need to fit a 16" laptop. You'll still get a sweaty back/shoulders though. I was looking for a better way to transport my 16" Thinkpad laptop on my road bike which I don't want to put a rack/panniers on for a ~20mi round-trip commute. I was previously using a different backpack, but often felt it would hang too low or flop around when getting out of the saddle or cornering. This pack solved all those problems thanks to its adjustability and 'straightjacket' compression system. This pack is so adjustable that I was easily able to find a configuration which was comfortable for me, to the point where I didn't really need to use the hip straps, and I found said straps were actually pretty easily removable by just threading them out of the buckle that was holding them (so they don't dangle around while riding). For my commute the main things I carry are a laptop, a notebook, and a change of clothes. I found that I am easily able to fit all these things in the pack with room to spare, then tighten down the compression system up so that the width of the backpack is barely a few inches thick. It kind of looks like I just shrink-wrapped my laptop and clothes and put a backpack harness on them! I then take the excess straps from the compression system and sort of loop them around themselves, to prevent them from flapping around when riding. The only thing I felt didn't work that well was the ventilation, but it wasn't anything worse than a normal backpack. I think it might've helped keep my upper back stay a bit cooler, but my lower back and shoulders were still quite sweaty. Still, it was similar or a bit better than any other backpack I've ridden with.

Best bag ever

So comfortable, so well made. The zips, the straps, the pockets, the aesthetic, every single thing is fantastic. Would highly recommend.
