a lightweight brimmed hat

This is a wide-brim hat that provides excellent sun protection. I like this design because it shields my ears and neck from sunburn. It also blocks sunlight very well when the sun is directly overhead. The materials are excellent — the hat is very lightweight and packs down compactly. The Verve color is highly visible in the forest. I usually wear size M in helmets, and I got the Small/Medium in this hat. But because the fabric is so light, it doesn’t compress my thick, curly hair, and I feel like it might blow off my head. I think I should have gone with the larger size.

Lightweight, Breathable, and Great for Hot Days!

This is my first time purchasing a technical bucket hat, and I love it! The Sinsolo Bucket Hat is incredibly lightweight and breathable, which makes it perfect for hot, sunny days when you want protection without overheating. The breathable material makes it comfortable to wear while hiking, and I really appreciate the chin strap, it helps keep the hat secure on windy days. The only thing I would improve is the fit. I purchased a size S/M, and it's slightly too big for my head. While the chin strap helps, it would be great if there were an adjustable feature at the back for a more secure fit. Overall, it's a great hat for outdoor activities, functional, comfortable, and stylish!

Super light and packable!

I didn't expect to love this hat as much as I do! It's so light and packable, never getting creased which makes it easy to travel with and throw in a bag. I like that it can be secured with the strap which was great for paddleboarding, but then can tuck it up into the hat as well with ease when I want a cleaner look. If there was a bigger selection of colours, I'd buy another one!

Simple and perfect

I originally picked up the Sinsolo for hiking, but I've ended up wearing it almost every day. It's super lightweight, easy to pack, and kept the sun off my face during long exposed climbs. It stayed in place, didn't get too hot, and handled sweat and light rain no problem. Also looks good enough to wear around town. Simple, reliable, and just works.

Fun colours, super lightweight

I like this bucket hat. It is super light and packable, would be a nice addition to a backpacking trip for sun protection. It allows your head to breath well on a hot day at the beach as well. I do wish the brim was a little stiffer, but that's the trade off for the weight.

It’s my go to when traveling

I wore this on my trip to Portugal. The days were sunny and hot and since I am bald I had to have something that worked to protect my head while looking good. Also being able to role it up to stow and eat of washing were essential. This does it all.

Shady

Took this hat to a lake day recently and it was great! Kept my eyes (and neck) protected from the sun. It's very lightweight and it didn't trap heat. I have lots of hair so breathability is always a top priority for me to keep cool on hot days.

Great hat for walking, hiking &touring

Currently touring Portugal. The Sinsolo bucket hat is light, has some stretch and protects you from the sun which is a must. The chin strap has proved invaluable in the wind. it rolls up small so it is easy to stow away.

Hadn’t noticed that it can’t be washed

Can’t wash it? Not practical for an outdoor hat subject to sweat. (See below from website) Surface clean only Do not wash Do not tumble dry Do not bleach Do not dry clean Do not iron

Hi there, thank you for providing your feedback. To clarify, you can absolutely clean your Sinsolo Bucket Hat. Surface cleaning means avoiding fully soaking or machine washing the hat. Instead, use a damp cloth with a diluted mixture of mild, unscented detergent in water to gently spot-clean any dirt or stains and let it air dry naturally. We hope this helps!

Comfy and lightweight!

Super lightweight, allows a breeze through to keep your head cool while protecting you from the sun. Love this for hiking, beach/river days and just casual outdoor activity.
